In this section you will find our archive of sold gramophones, a historical collection of antique gramophones, gramophone players, mechanical sound reproducers and related accessories that were previously available at Antiguedades.es and are now part of private collections, museums, libraries and spaces dedicated to the history of music and recorded sound.

Sold Gramophones and Historical Archive of Antique Gramophones

Over the years, our gallery has handled horn gramophones, trumpet gramophones, tabletop gramophones, suitcase gramophones, portable models and pieces by historic makers such as La Voz de Su Amo (His Master's Voice), Victor, Columbia, Odeon and Pathé. Many of these machines retained their original mechanisms, horns, soundboxes, turntables, cranks, cases or makers' plates, significantly increasing their historical and collectible value.

This archive allows visitors to discover the evolution of music reproduction, from the first mechanical gramophones to the models that popularised the listening of 78 rpm shellac records during the first half of the twentieth century. Each machine reflects an important stage in the history of recorded sound and domestic music.
