Authenticity Guarantee

We certify that the items offered on www.Antiguedades.es are original antiques and authentic collectors’ items, in accordance with the description provided on each item page.

In the exceptional event that an item is not authentic or is significantly different from its description, we undertake to examine the claim and provide the appropriate solution, including, where applicable, a refund of the amount paid.

This authenticity guarantee is independent of the rights granted to consumers under applicable legislation.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision before the stated period expires. You may do so by email, telephone, WhatsApp or through our contact form.

Once the withdrawal has been communicated, the item must be returned without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 calendar days of that communication.

The item must be properly protected and, whenever possible, returned in the original packaging in which it was received. It must arrive in the same condition in which it was sent, without prejudice to any handling necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.

In the case of a voluntary withdrawal, the buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the item. If the return is due to an error on our part, such as the shipment of the wrong item, or to a duly established lack of conformity, Joyería y Antigüedades Aznar, S.L.U. shall bear those costs.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed that does not incur any costs for the buyer. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until the buyer provides sufficient proof that it has been returned.

Nature and Condition of the Antiques

The items offered on our website are antiques and collectors’ pieces, generally unique and usually at least approximately 50 years old.

Due to their age, history and nature, they may show signs of use, wear, old restorations, minor imperfections or variations resulting from the passage of time. These characteristics form part of their authenticity and are shown and described, as far as possible, in the photographs and on each item page.

Even where an item is described as being in working order, it should be borne in mind that it is an antique intended primarily for collection or display and not necessarily for daily or continuous use.

The buyer should carefully review the description, photographs, measurements and condition before completing the purchase. We remain available to provide additional information or photographs before the order is placed.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us before sending the item. We will provide the return address, the necessary documentation and the most appropriate way to arrange the shipment.
