Religious pendant depicting Our Lady of the Forsaken, made in 18K gold with natural old cut diamonds and a central carved mother of pearl plaque representing the Virgin. The piece presents a highly ornamental design, with a surrounding composition where the central image is framed by a richly detailed and harmonious decorative structure.

The figure of the Virgin is carved in a mother of pearl plaque, with a soft and luminous finish that subtly changes depending on the light. The representation shows the characteristic silhouette, with a recognizable profile that gives the piece a clear devotional character.
