Antique English Microscope Manufactured Circa 1910. Beautifully Crafted and in Original Case. Works Very Well

This exquisite early 20th-century microscope (circa 1910) is a precision instrument manufactured by Henry Crouch in London (England). It is a museum-quality piece, a magnificent apparatus made of polished brass with a black-enameled iron base. The microscope is in good condition despite being about a hundred years old, and it works perfectly. It comes in its original solid wood case, which is also in very good condition and features a working lock and key. The microscope comes with lenses and eyepieces in their brass cases, neatly organized in a wooden tray with compartments attached to the inside of the case. On the front of the iron base, there is an engraved inscription that reads: HENRY CROUCH - LONDON - 7608.

Henry Crouch was a famous English microscope manufacturer, whose instruments are known for their quality and prestige. The one shown in the images has been preserved in excellent condition and still bears the original lacquer finish that protects and enhances the surface of the brass parts.
