Antique British pilots flight helmet, most likely predating World War II. This is an original period piece, made in England circa 1925. The helmet is made of khaki-green canvas and features an off-white inner lining. It comes with communication earphones, which are also original and very well preserved. It is presented on a stand included in the lot. The helmet is in good condition and retains all its parts, including the chin and rear adjustment straps. The buckles and rivets are also original and well-preserved, as are the seams. The silver-plated earpieces feature a leather-lined headband, and the model name and manufacturer are engraved on both sides: Brandes Superior - BBC Matched Tone - Made in England. On the helmets inner lining, the serial number C7091 is printed in black.

This fantastic, vintage British pilots flight helmet from before World War II is a collectors item, in good condition and highly authentic.
