The dial, protected by a clear, liftable crystal, is white with Arabic numerals. It features a seconds hand, simple copper-colored hands, and a 24-hour crown with red numerals. The dial is very well preserved and shows almost no wear, featuring the brand name, OMEGA, and the company's classic logo (the Greek letter of the same name).
Omega is the name of a prestigious Swiss watch manufacturer. Its origins date back to 1848, when Louis Brandt opened a small watch distribution office in La Chaux-de-Fonds. From that moment on, a legendary history began, resulting in the creation of magnificent watches. Omega designs are characterized by their elegance and precision, having been part of such important moments in human history as the arrival of the first manned spacecraft on the moon. Today, Omega belongs to the powerful Swiss Swatch Group.
The watch's case back is smooth and polished, with no engraving. Its simplicity is undoubtedly one of the reasons for this watch's elegance. If we lift it, we'll once again discover the Omega name and logo engraved on the metal inside. Below them is the serial number 141 25. Meanwhile, the dust cover protects a delicate precision movement that works just as well as it did on the first day. One of the metal parts is engraved with the inscription "OMEGA - SWISS - 15 JEWELS" and the serial number 12646403.
The simple beauty of this pocket watch and its excellent condition make it a wonderful gift for someone very special.
