Elegant Swiss Pocket Watch in 14K Solid Gold. Manufactured in 1870. Works Perfectly

Stunning Swiss pocket watch, manufactured in 1870 in 14K solid gold. It comes in its original period case and is in perfect working order, as well as being very well preserved. The watch features various finishes in 14K gold. It has front and back covers, as well as a dust cover.

The front cover is decorated with a fine engraving in the form of a concentric grid, very characteristic of watches from that era. In the center is an unengraved coat of arms, intended to hold the initials of the watch's owner. When the front cover is lifted, one can admire the beautiful white dial with black Arabic numerals, which also features a seconds hand. The two main hands are crafted from extremely fine metal scrolls, creating a stunning design. On the inside of the front cover, we can see a stamp with the inscription "14K," beneath which is a small medallion featuring the figure of a rabbit or hare in profile. Further down is the number 324.

If we turn the watch over, on the back we'll see the same concentric net decorative motif that adorns the front cover. Inside the back cover, we can see the same engraving and stamp found on the front, along with the item's serial number: 279324. These markings are also engraved on the inside of the dust cover, which protects the delicate internal mechanism, perfectly adjusted for proper operation. This exquisite watch also comes in its original case, lined on the inside with luxurious maroon satin that enhances its beauty.

This pocket watch in its original case could be the perfect gift for a lover of the most beautiful antiques and the most special pieces of jewelry.
