Fantastic pocket watch that can also be used as a wristwatch. This is a gold-plated piece dating from 1890. The wristband and the clasp made to attach it were added later, possibly in the 1920s. The piece exudes great elegance and originality, and also allows its owner (since it is a ladies' model) to wear it in both ways. During the early decades of the 20th century, wristwatches began to take the world by storm, and many manufacturers adapted their pocket watch models to the new fashion, as in this case.

The watch is a marvel of elegance and style. Simple and understated, through its crystal-covered front cover we can see the beautiful white dial, featuring black Roman numerals and gold inlays marking the minutes. The hands are made of copper-colored metal, matching the gold-plated exterior. The back cover is exceptionally beautiful, and the metal is engraved with an ornamental motif depicting a nude angel ringing a bell. If we lift it, we'll find the serial number 74943 inside, which is also engraved on the inside of the dust cover.
