Antique Spanish self defence folding knife or navaja made in Albacete, Spain, in the 19th century, finely preserved and with an imposing design. This piece is in great condition, though one of the blades axes shows a certain clearance. This detail makes the blade move slightly when opened. Nevertheless, it does not interfere at all in the great look and decorative power of the piece. The knife mounts a dark solid wooden handle with fine brass details and rivets. The brass is decorated with simple hand-engraved lines; the blade also shows off a hand-engraved decoration, a frame with a climbing plant performed in a clean and charming way. Overall, this knife still preserves its scary look and its appeal as an ornamental item. Every lover of ancient weapons will see a real find in this antique Spanish knife, more than one century old and of a remarkable beauty. Dimensions: Length Opened: 16.93 in / 43 cm. Length Closed: 9.45 in / 24 cm.
