Extraordinarily beautiful and well preserved mantle clock in gilded bronze, and perfect working order on Empire style, and made in France around the year 1875. In excellent state of conservation and operation. The machinery is on Paris style, and its working lasts eight hours. It is entirely assembled in gilded bronze and it is in exceptional condition. The front of the base of the clock is full of mythological scenes and ornamental plants. The dial is white enamel on convex copper core surrounding a gilded bronze beautifully worked by a master goldsmith. The numbering is Roman-like and the hands follow Breguet Moon style. The machinery is of French paris style and a eight-days engine, it includes the pendulum, chiming the hours and the halves, for counter wheel system on hood.Dimensions: 33.5 cm. (High), 12 cm.
