Antique Silver Serving Cutlery, 1900s.

Beautiful serving cutlery set made of solid silver and metal, in its original case and very well preserved. The set comes from Germany and was made in 1900; it is more than one hundred years old. The set is composed of two forks and a carving knife. The knifes blade is made of steel and the forks are made of golden metal. The combination between the golden and silvery finishes provides this classic item with a fin original touch. The three pieces bear solid-silver handles, profusely decorated with hand-engraved flowery garlands very much to the taste of the time. They bear the corresponding hallmarks and the silver proportion (0,800) engraved in the metal. The set can be stored in its original case, a lovely leather-covered box with white silk and red velvet inner lining. The case stands out for its remarkable beauty and good condition.
