Magnificent and Decorative LUFFT Brand Weather Station with Hygrometer, Thermometer and Compass. 1960's. It is an incredible technological device composed of barometer for 735-785 mm Hg, hygrometer 30-100 %, thermometer from -15 to +45º and compass. It is made of copper with black lacquered numbers and is undoubtedly, besides being useful, very decorative. It rests on a round black base in black lacquered wood with four discreet little ball-shaped feet. The lower part is a barometer, on which rises a glass column, with a hygrometer at the bottom and a thermometer at the top. At the top, in a horizontal position, is finally the compass. It is in very good condition, both aesthetically and functionally, as the capacities of all the instruments are in working order. On the lower part of the base there is a plate with the necessary instructions for the different instruments, as well as the symbol of the manufacturer's brand: LUFFT, in decorative black lettering. By means of a small screw located in that area we can adjust the device. Magnificent weather station.... You will not find many examples with these characteristics! Measures: 17,7 x 12 cm.
