Original Edison Standard Phonograph, manufactured in the early twentieth century by the genius and inventor Thomas Alba Edison brand, whose name can be found on the phonograph, in the inscription TRADE Thomas A. Edison. This is a fantastic piece, with solid wood box and cover with an elegant design. It is also in good working order, and the engine and mechanisms are in excellent condition. This old phonograph comes with an original Edison reproducer model H, which can reproduce cylinders of 2 and 4 minutes.The original horn shows a sleek, elegant design, as well as the wooden lid. They are in a good condition, and so is the mechanism. The horn has signs of rust and wear, which are normal when you consider the age of the machine, and talk about the passage of time and use of the phonograph. However, the phonograph and the timber base and cover all show a good state of preservation, keeping even the elegant and original logos on the front of the base.The device comes with an Edison cylinder in its original packaging, with fonts and graphics full of the charm of the time. Fixed on the metal base on which the phonograph sits there is a brass plate, where you can read the brand name, the device patents and the serial number: 262078. This phonograph is therefore a unique piece in perfect working order, with all the charm of the great inventions of the twentieth century and worth of belonging to a true museum of science and antiquities.
