The spyglass is composed of four folding bodies, all of them made of brass and with no visible signs of rust or wear. This article has a remarkable decorative power and is perfect to be exhibited on the solid-mahogany wooden display stand provided. The stand is not an old-time piece, but it is an ideal accessory for the spyglass: sober, discreet and sturdy, it will enable the owner to exhibit the piece on a desk, a sideboard or a shelf. The spyglasss eyepiece and lens are finely preserved and so is the black-leather covering that protects the main body. The eyepiece mounts a small integrated sliding lid in perfect condition.
