Beautiful antique pocket watch with 3 caps, made of 18K gold and in fine condition. The watch was made in England circa 1870 and is in good working order. Outside, the front and rear caps show a fine guilloche decoration. The front cap has a central motif with two circular belts or bands which frame a shield with no engravings inside. Under this cap we find the fine silver dial, somewhat unpolished by the trace of time but really beautiful. It is decorated with painted flowers and has black Roman numerals and poire-style hands. The Crown and the caps bear the 18K-gold hallmark, clearly marked, together with the number 57479. The dustcap, also made of gold, shows an engraved inscription reading 15 JEWELS PATENT LEVER with delicate floral motifs. Under this cap, the movement is signed Robert London and bears the same engraved number as the caps. Quite delicate and more than one century old, this beautiful antique pocket watch with 3 caps in 18K gold will be an amazing gift for a very special person. Medidas: Ancho: 38 mm. Peso: 40,1 g.
