Elegant antique albertina sterling-silver pocket watch chain made in England in 1889. The chain is complete and fully original from the time. It has a medal with the image of St. Andrew, patron saint of firemen and ambulance drivers. The medal bears the engraved serial number C2260 and shows a full-length image of the saint, in front of his ecclesiastic attribute (the X-shaped cross or St. Andrews cross). The oval frame bears the inscription ST. ANDREW AMBULANCE ASSOCIATION. As well as the stated medal this piece includes a silver 3-penny coin with the profile portrait of Queen Victoria, dated 1873. The chain itself is composed of simple and solid silver links. At one end we can see the silver snap clip for the watch, while at the other there is a T-bar with the inscription STERLING SILVER.
