It is an elegant wall clock, composed of a large architectural structure framed by two lateral columns, and topped by a balustrade with a double lateral pinnacle and a central rectangular structure. In the center of the upper crest appears the face of a female beauty carved in wood, between Solomonic columns. The upper part is formed by a sculpture in the form of a horse supported on its hind legs that denotes a marked dynamism and gives movement to this fantastic clock. The lower part of the case, in the form of an inverted mansard, is decorated with scales and ends in a pinnacle that makes this piece perfect for decorating any wall. Oval dial in white enamel with black enamel Arabic numerals. Decorative black metal pike hands. The pendulum is topped with a simple and elegant oval lens. It has hour and half-hour chiming. It is in perfect working condition, completely revised and ready to enjoy it from the first day. It is in good cosmetic condition and works perfectly. The first domestic clocks were the wall clocks moved with weights, which generally lasted 30 hours, until the innovation of the spring mechanism was developed. Wood, ceramics and different metals were used to make the cases, and the mechanisms also varied considerably. Decorations were developed according to the time in which they were made, being very important the external appearance of the watches in the most important manufacturing countries; France and England.
