Superb Royal Mariner ship clock chiming the changing of the guard, made in Germany in the 1970s. This beautiful clock remains in excellent condition, and its movement has been thoroughly overhauled by a professional in order to guarantee a perfect working order. It includes a strike for the changing of the guard in the navigation bridge. The casing has a base with four holes designed to screw the clock to the wall, a wooden panel, a piece of furniture or any exhibition supporting piece. It is entirely made of brass. The white dial with black Arab numerals includes black metal hands. It bears the printed model name, ROYAL MARINER, and the manufacturing companys one, SCHATZ. If we turn the clock, at the back we will find the mechanism with the engraved manufacturers name and address. The attractive look of this Royal Mariner ship clock with strike for the changing of the guard, together with its excellent working order, turns it into a highly decorative item which is also undeniable functional.
